These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You and PDFeyes agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site is the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If you use this site from outside Texas, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your own local law.
The Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act gives Texas consumers rights that generally cannot be waived by agreement. Section 17.42 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code makes most attempted waivers void.
