Any of them. It does not hold a library of city forms. It reads whichever PDF you open and matches its field names to what you have entered. The vocabulary was built from the City of Jersey Village permit pack and then tested against how other municipalities word the same questions: “Name of Business”, “Firm Name”, “Contractor Company” and “Contractor Name” all find the same answer.
It also declines to guess. A field labeled “Engineer License Number” or “Previous Permit Number” is left blank rather than filled with yours. On a legal document a wrong answer costs far more than an empty box.
Plenty of city forms are. Recognition still reads it, and everything you have entered is laid out as a checklist to copy across, which at least removes the hunting-through-old-permits part. If the city publishes a fillable version, use that one.
It never leaves the tab. There is no account, no upload and no server that could be breached, because there is no server. Close the tab and it is gone. The one exception is the “keep on this device” option, which is off unless you turn it on.
It is the city’s own PDF with its own fields completed, so it is the same document you would have typed by hand. Check it before filing. The city decides what is acceptable, not this tool, and requirements differ between jurisdictions.
Those are attachments, not fields, and most cities require the certificate to come directly from your agent. This fills the application; it does not replace the paperwork that has to arrive separately.
Save the profile to a file and load it back next time. That way nothing is stored anywhere you do not control, and it works across computers. Useful if you file from the office and the truck.
